Real-life data can sometimes be overwhelming. After discussing with the client, it is important to identify which information is critical and needs to be displayed. The search requirements can also be complex, but a solution is to use attribute search with a specific description for each type.

VOICE RECORDING SYSTEM － Present data on website and responsive view

This system is dedicated for nurses to keep record of their patients, so all the information should be easy to view. On the web, each row are separate by background colors. On mobile devices, to avoid misunderstandings, I kept all the title freezing at the top and readjust the position to save space as much as I can.

Since it’s an app for internal employees, the workflow is already up and running. The goal is to adding some tweaking and enhancement on the flow while keeping the brand guideline in mind.

I chose a brighter shade of green from their brand to make the website fresher. There's no rounded corner to keep the stabilized feeling.

The job includes eCommerce SaaS, admin dashboard and landing pages. That's why I have built a design system so the team can make it more consistent throughout all the platforms.
